Don't Take Our Word for It
The best measure of our coaching is the experience and progress of the people we work with. From young people building confidence to athletes progressing in high performance environments and adults become, ing stronger and more capable, their experiences show what RPE is about.

Erin & Jess Husband
Erin and Jess played both football and futsal in teams I coached at a young age. Even then they stood out, competing in boys teams and showing real ability, but just as impressive was how coachable they were. They wanted to learn, listened, worked hard and took everything on board. the focus was on developing their technique, encouraging their enthusiasm for the game and giving them the confidence ti believe they could aim as high as their ability could take them.

Where It Started
Where It Led
That ability, attitude and willingness to learn has taken them into the professional game with Hearts and through the Scotland youth international pathway. The enthusiasm they had as young players is still there, backed now by years of hard work, commitment and development. Their journey is a brilliant example of what can happen when talented young players are encouraged to believe in themselves and aim as high as they can.

Alfie Hutchison: Newcastle Utd Academy & Scotland Age Groups
I've known Eck since I was about seven through Futsal and football. Over the years he's helped me with fitness testing, speed and strength work, pre-season conditioning and nutrition. I always knew I'd be pushed, bur also the truth about where I needed to improve. That honest feedback has always helped me keep developing"

Liam Kennedy: From Futsal to the Celtic Pathway
Liam Kennedy: Celtic & Scotland Youth International.
“Eck has been so important for me in developing as a player through his conditioning and his intelligence in football and futsal. Over lockdown I worked many times with Eck on my sprint style. Since working with him it’s changed a lot and has gone from a weak side of my game to a strong side, which has allowed me to develop and get opportunities like being with Celtic’s first team.
His knowledge of physical development has been vital, as I wouldn’t have got this individualised training without him. More importantly, Eck is a great person and made the sessions enjoyable. He was honest too, and if something wasn’t good enough he would tell me.
Unlike 1-to-1 sessions which you can do on your own, Eck’s sessions give you improvement that can only be done by a specialist and has to be very individualised for each person. If you want to improve as a player, I would highly recommend Eck. He will definitely improve your game for the rest of your career.”

I've worked with Liam since he was very young, initially through futsal and later with his physical development. What always stood out was his attitude and work rate. He wanted to improve and was prepared to put the work in. It's been brilliant watching that young Futsal player progress through the Celtic pathway and into the Scotland youth setup
Strong for Life
Gordon : Adult Strength & Conditioning.
Strength & Conditioning isn't only for competitive athletes. good coaching should help people become stronger, move better, build confidence and stay physically capable for the things that matter to them.

Different People. Same Coaching Standard.
The person, the goal and the level may change, but the standard of coaching doesn't. We take time to understand the individual, provide the right level of challenge, give honest feedback and adapt the training as they develop. Whether it's a young person finding confidence, an athlete chasing performance or an adult wanting to stay strong and capable, the coaching is built around them.
Good Coaching Needs Buy In
Coaching works best when it's a partnership. Our job is to provide the plan, the coaching, hones feedback, appropriate challenge and support. Your job is to bring consistency, effort, communication and a willingness to be coached.
We'll adapt the training around the individual, bur progress still requires commitment. When both sides bring that, that's where meaningful long term development happens.

We're Not Trying To Be the Cheapest.
We can’t compete with large commercial gyms on price, and we’re not trying to. You’re paying for the coaching and experience, not simply access to a gym.
That means individual attention, proper planning, honest feedback and training that is adapted as you develop. The value isn’t in how long you spend in the gym. It’s in the quality of the coaching you receive while you’re there.

Is Raeside Pro Edge Right For You?
If you’re simply looking for the cheapest option or somewhere to be put through a hard workout, we may not be the right fit.
If you value individual coaching, purposeful training, honest feedback and long-term progress, we’d love to work with you.
